In Romans 15:27, Paul explains that Gentile believers are morally indebted to Jewish believers. Because the Gentiles received spiritual blessings (the Scriptures and the Messiah) through the Jewish people, they have a reciprocal duty to support them with material blessings.
On the other hand, Christian Believers are not biblically or doctrinally obligated to give to or unconditionally support the modern nation-state of Israel. While some Christian traditions emphasize this support, many theologians and denominations argue that New Testament teachings transcend specific geopolitical boundaries and place ultimate allegiance on the Kingdom of God.
The New Testament emphasizes that giving should always come from a willing spirit and not as a burdensome obligation (2 Corinthians 9:7).
